Been having problems with my computer, but have not forgotten about past updates. 


Here's the agenda for this Thursday's meeting at 4 pm at the MUD office:

 1.  Call meeting to order and invocation

2.  Confirm minutes of 8/23/12 meeting

3.  Comments from the public

4.  Report on progress of GRP (Groundwater Reduction Plan)
     (Understood the attorney was going to be at the meeting to give an update)

5.  Discuss Texas Municipal League (TML) contact information
     (This is the MUD's insurance carrier.  ???)

 6.  Discuss/Approve FYE 2012 Audit Contract
     (Looking at three proposals)

7.  Review administrative reports

8.  Discuss any new or unfinished business

Dolores "Dee" Judge Wins Election as RPMUD Director

Thanks to all of you who voted, I won one of the two director positions with 122 votes; Jack Curtsinger came in with 118. 

Thank you again for voting in such an inconvenient and expensive election.  Will now get to work on cutting $10,000 worth of expenses and having our elections held in our office.

I have been attending these meetings for about five years and updating the community regarding the activities of RPMUD. This election is going to cost about $10,000, and the first item on my agenda will be to cut $10,000 out of the expenses of this district.

A voter must be registered to vote by April 12, 2012, in a jurisdiction and still

A voter must be registered to vote by April 30, 2012, to be eligible to vote in the May 29, 2012, Primary Elections.

South County Community Building - 2235 Lake Robbins. Take Exit 76 to frontage road. Go right on Lake Woodlands (north side of Mall) about 1 mi. Left on Grogan's Mill. Left on Lake Robbins. Take a right into first driveway. Building is next to library. Or, take Lake Robbins from I-45, past Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. Community Building will be on left. 281/363-9410.


Lone Star Community Center - 2500 Lone Star Parkway - From Montgomery Town Center (105 & 149, go north on 149 for 0.8 mi. Left onto Lone Star Parkway for 0.3 mi. Center is on right.


East County Courthouse Annex - 21130 Hwy. 59 S. From 59 take FM1485 exit at New Caney. South on feeder 1.2 miles. Building on right - west side.

Location is Windsor Hills Homeowners Association Clubhouse - One Windsor Hills Circle. From I-45, go west on 242, past college. North onto Windsor Hills and continue to clubhouse.
