Hello Everyone......Austin or Bust! Tuesday March 24, 2009
I have attached the bills filed by Senator Nichols for the Senate for your review. Rep. Creighton filed the identical bills in the House.

These are the bills we must go to Austin this Tuesday March 24th. to show support for in helping to Stop The Toxic Wells forever. TexCom has lobbyist....we are our own lobbyist. They will be there....we must be there!

1. 8:00 am Texas House of Representative - Natural Resource Committee Public Hearing to be held in the Capitol Extension Building on Second Floor in Room E2.010.

When you sign in you must state you are there in support of bills:
HB177 , HB178, HB179

2. 1:00 pm Texas Senate - Natural Resource Committee Public Hearing to be held in the
Capitol Extension Building on First Floor in Room E1.012

When you sign in here you must state you are there in support of bills:
SB273, SB274, SB275

The following is for those that just can not attend. You MUST send the following out on MONDAY!


1. Email to House Rep. Brandon Creighton @ http://www.house.state.tx.us/members/email.php?dist=16&rep=brandon.creighton

Please read bills and write a brief statement stating you are urging the Natural Resource Committees to support and pass bills HB177, HB178 & HB179 to the floor for a vote. You are also urging all House Representative to vote in support of these bills to be passed into law to help protect our one of our most natural resources.....our water and in the protection of human health and safety etc......

Please write in your own words or they may not accept it.

You can do the same statement for the Senators but the bill numbers would be SB273, SB274 & SB272.

Please, please, please.....pass this info on to everyone you know in Texas and ask them to send a note to their legislators asking them to support (*include appropriate bill numbers for House & Senate) bills # _ _ _ currently in the Natural Resource committee and when they come to the floor for a vote.
